Change
Booking Details -
There is a $25.00
handling fee for changing the date, time, location or type of
entertainment. Any of these changes are time-consuming and may require
re-doing the entire booking if an entertainer is unavailable!

Deposits
-
A deposit is
required to reserve your entertainment. No order is confirmed until a
deposit is received in our office. Deposits are not refundable nor are
they transferable for any reason.

Directions
–
The client must
provide the entertainer with proper directions.
If an entertainer is late because of faulty directions, the
client is responsible to pay for the full amount of time even though
the performance time is reduced.

Final
Payments
Big Events: Final
payment is due 2 weeks in advance of your event.
Private Parties:
Checks or credit cards are not
acceptable on the day of your event. Cash only...unless special
arrangements have been made with this office.

Form
of Payment -
We accept checks,
cash or all major credit cards. The information required from your
credit card is your credit card number, the name as it appears on the
card and the expiration date.

Permits
–
The client is
responsible to obtain all necessary permits from their town, county or
state. The client is responsible for full payment of all services if
an event is cancelled, delayed or postponed because of improper
permits.

Rain,
Wind or any other Inclement Weather. –
The client
is responsible to provide an alternate indoor location in the event of
inclement weather. The
client is responsible to pay the full amount contracted for once the entertainment has arrived at the
event location even if it is raining and the entertainer cannot
perform.

Returned
Checks -
There is a $25.00
bank and handling fee for returned checks.
